A private luxury villa on a hilltop on Ibiza’s south-west
coast, near the beaches of Cala Conta and Cala Bassa, surrounded by
mature Mediterranean garden and pine forest. Uninterrupted 180°
sea views from Cap Nonó in the north, westwards across the Ses
Bledes islands — the sun sets into the sea all year.
The house sleeps up to 9: four double en-suite bedrooms, three with
private sea-view terraces, plus one single bedroom ideal for a
child or accompanying adult. A 13-metre pool with optional
child-safety fence. Old-Ibiza architecture — whitewashed walls,
terracotta floors, exposed sabina beams — with contemporary
comfort: air conditioning, underfloor heating, open fireplace,
fibre internet, indoor and outdoor cinema, chef’s kitchen
with Weber BBQ.
